Microsoft will come up with a tablet-based Windows 8

Based on a source in the company, Microsoft is currently trying to display the latest design for Windows 8 tablets next June. The sources said that Microsoft took the approach this time is more like Apple in interface design for these tablet devices. In addition they also will use the concept of Metro interface developed for Windows 7 Phone

This launch schedule is similar to previous reports which said that Microsoft has recently been spreading an internal memo called the Milestone 2 for Windows 8. If you follow the development schedule of Windows before then there will be Milestone 3 at the end of July 2011 or about a month after the fiscal year 2012 begins.

In Windows 7, Milestone 3 is an internal achievement of the last for this OS before its public release in preview when the first public version of the PDC in October 2008. After that Windows 7 finally released about a year later.
 

If you follow this schedule then maybe Windows 8 will be sampled by the public at this year despite the initial version and will be present in the final version in 2012.
